Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery in Republic of Ireland typically takes 1-2 working days once shipped. Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 5-10 working days once shipped. Due to circumstances beyond the control of © Sparking Speech Limited some deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incorrect address, our selected courier’s operational failures etc. Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box and phone number at the checkout stage as this will form your address label for shipping.
Should there be a delay – you will be notified immediately via e-mail. In the event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you directly and let you know if we have a suitable alternative and give you the option of cancelling.

Our courier provides a tracking number so you can easily track the shipping process. As soon as the item is sent out to you, you will receive an email with the tracking link. The tracking number will be active on the couriers website within 24 hours.

Failed deliveries from the courier cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier to sparkingspeech.com. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods will be returned to us by the couriers. Once we have received the goods back we will ring you and try and verify your correct delivery address or we will cancel your order if required.
Sparking Speech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International & Non-EU Customers: Please note we don’t collect VAT for our purchases to our international customers, so you will have to pay it when you collect the product from the post office or shipping company.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service if you are returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 working days. The cost of the accompanying E-Book will be deducted from your refund as this cannot be returned.
If you haven’t received your refund after 5-10 working days, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
