Instructions
Follow these steps to request a quote or to submit a purchase order quickly and accurately.
- To request a quote, download and complete our quote request form, add your item codes and quantities, attach any required documentation, and then email it to us at info@sparkingspeech.com. We’ll send you a quote within 1-2 business days and it will be valid for 30 days. Shipping costs will be listed on you your quotation.
- Once you are ready to proceed with your order, please email your quote along with your purchase order to info@sparkingspeech.com. We accept valid purchase orders from verified institutions, nonprofits, and educational entities. Once your PO is approved, orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders or backordered items may take longer; we’ll advise you of any amended lead times.
- Purchase order payments are invoiced upon shipment. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice and payment details will be provided upon shipment.
