Payment Procedure
Fees are payable in full on the day of attendance. Payment options include invoice or card payment.
An invoice will be issued to you following your appointment via email.
Cancellation Policy
Any missed sessions in a block will be charged at €50.00.
If sessions are cancelled less than 12 hours from your appointment the full fee will be charged.
If your child is unwell, sessions will now be carried out online. Depending on your child’s needs this may be a direct session with your child, a consultation session with parents or a session supporting you to carry out that week’s homework. Alternatively this time can also be spent creating resources for your child for you to use at home.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you can’t attend an appointment.
Tax
Speech and Language Therapy fees for children are tax deductible at 20%. To avail of this you will need to get a MED 1 form and retain all receipts. More information is available here.
Although a parent can refer their own child for speech and language therapy, revenue also requires a medical letter of referral from a GP or Consultant.
Please keep all of your receipts and invoices as it can take us some time to retrieve duplicates.
Insurance
Many health insurance companies will partly reimburse therapy fees. Please check with your individual provider.
